Travel Health Update

This Travel Health Update is designed for registered healthcare professionals experienced in delivering travel health services within primary care. The session provides an evidence‑based refresher on global risk assessment, vaccine‑preventable diseases, malaria prevention, non‑vaccine‑preventable risks, health promotion and the practicalities of leading safe, effective travel consultations.

Delegates will review current malaria and yellow fever guidance (not NaTHNaC‑accredited update training), explore complex itineraries and special‑needs travellers, and strengthen their ability to provide accurate, person‑centred travel advice. The course also includes links to key clinical resources to support ongoing practice.
